Baseline is our brand-new adult training program at ASAP Training. It’s designed for busy adults who want to feel stronger, fitter, and more confident heading into the summer.
Unlike random bootcamps, Baseline blends strength, conditioning, and mobility into a structured 6-week program. You’ll train alongside 10–15 like-minded adults in a motivating, high-energy atmosphere — with expert coaches guiding you every step of the way.
