About Baseline

Baseline is our brand-new adult training program at ASAP Training. It’s designed for busy adults who want to feel stronger, fitter, and more confident heading into the holidays.​​

 

Unlike random bootcamps, Baseline blends strength, conditioning, and mobility into a structured 6-week program. You’ll train alongside 10–15 like-minded adults in a motivating, high-energy atmosphere — with expert coaches guiding you every step of the way.

Program Details

  •  6 weeks (Jan 5 – Feb 14)

  •  12 structured sessions (2x/week)

  •  High-energy training in a supportive group (15 people max)
