What a Session Looks Like

Every ASAP session follows a structured flow built around performance, not randomness. You’ll train in small groups of 12 or fewer, ensuring expert attention, safe progressions, and the energy of a team moving with purpose.

 

Each 50-minute session includes:

  • Mobility & Activation – Prep your joints and muscles

  • Strength & Power Work – Real lifts that build long-term resilience

  • Accessory & Conditioning – Focused circuits to enhance capacity

  • Core & Recovery – Stability, posture, and longevity work

 

Our performance-based system blends structure, accountability, and intelligent coaching — so every rep moves you closer to your goals.

Baseline — 6-Week Training Series

Baseline is your structured, six-week foundation block. Each session blends strength, mobility, and conditioning to help you rebuild movement patterns, regain confidence, and establish lasting consistency.

Perfect for adults returning to training, building back strength, or looking to reset their routine and get back on track.

Group Strength

Group Strength is the core of ASAP’s adult system — progressive, small-group training (5–12 adults) built for sustainable long-term results. Each session follows a structured training block that evolves every cycle, so you continue getting stronger week after week.

You’ll lift smarter, move better, and train alongside a committed community that keeps you accountable.

What You’ll Gain:​

  • Balanced strength + conditioning work

  • Motivation and accountability from your group

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training offers our highest level of adult coaching — personalized programming designed around your specific needs, ability level, injuries, or performance goals.

 

Work closely with a coach in a 2–4 person small group that provides individualized attention without the high cost of 1:1 personal training.

Training Crew — 5:30am Performance

Training Crew is our most competitive adult environment — a high-output, early-morning strength and conditioning program designed for adults who thrive on discipline, grit, and being pushed alongside a committed crew.

 

Same performance coaching foundation as our other programs, with a higher-intensity edge and a “team” atmosphere that drives consistency.
