Baseline is your starting point for smarter training. Over six weeks, you’ll rebuild strength, improve movement, and establish consistency in a supportive small-group environment. Each session blends foundational strength, mobility, and conditioning with hands-on coaching that meets you where you are. Programs are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence—all while setting the stage for long-term results. Perfect for anyone returning to training after time away or looking to reset their routine, Baseline focuses on quality movement patterns, proper technique, and gradual progression—not random workouts or intensity for the sake of it. By the end of the series, you’ll have the foundation to continue training with confidence and purpose. Cancellation Policy
Booking Deadline: To respect both your time and ours, all sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not permitted to allow for proper preparation, staffing and scheduling. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be charged the full session fee. To cancel or reschedule your booking, please log in to the "Members Area" of our site. If you cancel a session that was redeemed with your pricing plan, the session will automatically be added back to your plan allowance. We understand that emergencies happen. In exceptional cases, we may waive the fee at our discretion.
