Service Description
Group Strength is the heart of our adult system—progressive strength training in a small-group environment (5–12 adults). Each 60-minute session blends strength, mobility, and conditioning through structured training blocks designed for sustainable results. You’ll build real strength, stay accountable to your group, and follow intelligent programming that evolves every cycle so you always know what you’re working toward. Cancellation Policy
Booking Deadline: To respect both your time and ours, all sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not permitted to allow for proper preparation, staffing and scheduling. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be charged the full session fee. To cancel or reschedule your booking, please log in to the "Members Area" of our site. If you cancel a session that was redeemed with your pricing plan, the session will automatically be added back to your plan allowance. We understand that emergencies happen. In exceptional cases, we may waive the fee at our discretion.
