Rob Dombrowski

Founder & Director of Performance

Former Division I Director of Hockey Performance with over a decade of experience developing elite athletes.

Rob has coached professional, Division I, and elite junior players across North America and Europe. His background includes leading performance programs at the collegiate level and preparing athletes for the NHL, international competition, and professional leagues.

He specializes in building speed, strength, and durability that transfer directly to on-ice performance.

Mark Arcobello

Founder | Former NHL & AHL Player

Mark competed at the highest levels of professional hockey in North America and Europe.

After an All-American career at Yale University, he played 139 NHL games and over 900 professional games worldwide. His experience spans the NHL, AHL, and Swiss League, along with international competition representing Team USA.

At ASAP Training, Mark brings firsthand insight into what separates players as they move from prep to Division I to professional hockey.

Brian O'Neill

Founder | Former NHL & AHL Player

Brian is a former Ivy League Player of the Year and All-American who built a long-term professional career in the NHL and Europe.

After signing with the Los Angeles Kings organization and earning AHL MVP honors, he established himself as one of the top American-born scorers in the KHL and competed internationally for Team USA.

His game has been defined by speed, intelligence, and consistency — the same standards emphasized in the ASAP development model.
